I haven’t always been into Health & Fitness. I started becoming more interested at the end of my senior year of High school, I noticed a big change in my mood and confidence when I began taking better care of myself and this is what led me to want to become a Personal Trainer. I became a NASM Certified Personal Trainer in Vancouver, BC at the British Columbia Personal Training Institute and I am currently getting a certification in Fitness Specialization Nutrition. I want everyone that I work with to have the same benefits that exercising while eating right has given me and I am excited to work with people that want to make a positive change in their lives.

Are you looking to make a difference in your life with a lifestyle change?
Personal Training sessions might be the solution you are looking for. I make sure that the program I write is tailored to you, even if you have injuries or some restrictions, the plan will take those into consideration and try to correct any imbalances. We will go over goals and perform a physical assessment to establish what needs to be worked on.
Personal Training Sessions:
• In the gym (Citizen’s Gym) or in a private room (Option for 30 or 60-minute sessions)
• Independent Fitness Program: A program that you can do independently with 3-5 days worth of exercises depending on your goals (Includes 1 Personal Training session showing you how to perform the exercises)
ArianeFitness classes are offered at the Wellness Loft in Downtown Paducah.
Classes are open to individuals of all levels.
Strength & Stability Class
This class will incorporate movements to get your heart rate up, as well as challenge your body with slow/controlled exercises to help strengthen your core and stability. We will be focusing on activating underused muscles and helping to create balance in your body for the sake of form and injury prevention. Exercise equipment will incorporate the use of light dumbbells, stability balls, and bands. All levels are welcome and the exercises can be adapted.
30-Minute Burn Class
30-Minute Burn is a High-Intensity Interval Training class designed to maximize your efforts in minimal time. You will strengthen your body, as well as get your heart rate up with this quick and effective workout!
Non-members – $15
Citizen’s Gym Members – $12
30-Minute Burn – Monday: 5:00 PM
Strength & Stability – Wednesday: 6:00 PM
